Shrinking a Music Library
The School of Music at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln is creating a new building in which the Music Library will be shrunk to about 1/3rd of its current size. I am deciding what of the collection should be stored and what kept on site. I will talk about the decision-making process for different parts of the collection—scores, books, recordings, reference, collected editions, and composer’s editions.

Op het punt dan en nu.
Op het puin en dan nu
The film was part of a project concerning heritage from 1946 the Heritage Centre Rozet wanted to be an inspiration for all kinds of people of today. This film was part of the performance of 2022. Texts from two war diaries (by a girl who had to flee the city of Arnhem in 1944 and a Syrian refugee fleeing to Arnhem some years ago) were mixed to one story, commented by three dancers of the local dance academy. For me it’s an impressive short dance movie.
